When will my order be shipped?

  • All orders are shipped the next day after they’ve been processed. Normally it takes 1-3 business days for processing all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. 

How do I track my order?

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number on your order confirmation, you use that tracking number to get updates about your order.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

  • No, WE DO NOT, please make sure you view all the details about the item you interested in before you place your order.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

  • No, WE DO NOT, Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

My items are lost or stolen, how do I get a refund?

  •  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen or damaged items. You must contact the courier directly and follow their procedures for potential refund. 

My package says delivered, but I did not receive it, what should I do?

  • Please contact the respective courier to file a claim if you suspect your  package was lost or stolen. 

    CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

    • If something went wrong while you placing your order, please contact us immediately! If your order has already been processed, WE WILL NOT be able to change it.

    WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR?

    • Virgin Hair is 100% unprocessed human hair that has not been chemically altered. Virgin hair collected from single donors, comes with cuticle aligned and intact.  

    WHAT COLOR DOES THE HAIR COMES IN?

    • Virgin hair only comes in natural colors of the donors. These colors vary in shades of brown, primarily darker shades. We will TRY to match that the best we can. We do not guarantee color matching

     HOW  MANY BUNDLES DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR A FULL LOOK?

    • The quantity of bundles you need depends on the look your trying to achieve. For a full look, 3 bundles is usually recommended for length up to 18 inches. Lengths over 20 inches we recommend at least 3 bundles or more bundles for more fuller look.

    HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?

    • Our virgin hair can last for more than one year and our Raw hair last for over 2 years but all depend on the way you treat and care for the hair. 

    CAN I COLOR MY EXTENSIONS?

    • Yes, you can but we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look that you want and to avoid damaging the hair in case anything goes wrong during the bleaching process.
